Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

ACADEMY 2023

No refunds - all sales are final.

No refunds are registration is completed. Some exceptions are given.

Refunds are given for items that have original packaging and tags attached. Also clothing can’t be worn. If past a certain date no refunds are given.

All tryout fees are non-refundable.

No refunds unless approved by the director of Club Idaho.

HOST HOTELS INFORMATION

Refunds are only given in emergency situations if CID is notified within a 24 hour before the session.

No refunds if cancelled within 48 hour before lesson. Gyms require us to pay if the time is held for the lessons without 48 hour notice.

Tryout fees are non refundable.
