Academy
Academy is designed to give athletes an introduction to volleyball and have fun learning about the game. New skills and drills will be taught and athletes will spend time learning passing, setting, serving, and attacking. The last part of practice will be playing a "game-like" competition. We have different levels available depending on the skill of the athlete. Academy is 2x a week and runs for 4 weeks a session.
All players must have a current AAU membership card to participate.

No Tournaments
Only coaches and players are allowed on the court during sessions. Parents must sit in the bleachers. All spectators must sit during the session.
Academy FAQs
What should I wear to Academy?
Players should wear good court shoes and knee pads. Wear a T-shirt and shorts/spandex. No jewelry. Bring a water bottle.
What level should I sign up for?
Players all start at Level One and will be evaluated the first night of each session to see where their skill levels are. Then they will be put in the right level based on the evaluation by a Club Idaho Academy Coach.
How do I get to the gym?
Go to the right side of the building and walk down the pathway. The gym doors are on the left side. No access from the front of the building.
What time do I need to be there?
Please be there 10 minutes before the practice starts. EXAMPLE: If it starts at 5:30pm please arrive by 5:20pm. That gives the player time to get their shoes on and be ready to start.
