Club Season Information
How Long is the Season?
Girls - Age 10-14:
Middle of November to the end of April

Girls - Age 15-16:

Tournament Schedule
Tournaments are usually 2 per month from January to May depending on the team. Tournaments will be composed of multi-day tournaments and local tournaments under AAU or USAV. All local tournaments are Saturday only except for the ID Classic at the end of the season.

Ages 12 & under rarely travel outside of our local tournaments. We do play in Twin Falls for one tournament.
Older teams will participate in National tournaments and regional tournaments depending on the team. They also participate in local tourneys.

Deposits and Fees
2026-2027 Season
Players will be notified of what team they make within 12 hours of the tryout. They will receive a link from the website to accept their position and pay their deposit within 24 hours after the tryout. There are several payment options. You can pay the full amount or choose the online monthly payments (6-8 Payments)
Deposit and all additional team fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Deposit must be paid to reserve the player's spot on the Club Idaho team. All players and one parent must attend the signing meeting/open house for their team.
Deposit amounts are:
$600: All teams 15-18
$500: All teams 10-14

Payment Options
Payment Plan A: Submit total estimated fees online today at the end of the registration session by Visa/MasterCard/Discover or ACH payment.

Payment Plan B: Estimated fees are divided into 6 to 8-9 installments (summer payments are 9 payments, fall payments are 6) depending on the team, with the deposit to be collected online at the end of the registration session by Visa/MasterCard/Discover or Electronic check payment.
The remaining installments will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT each month 30 days after the initial payment. Example: Dec. 1, 2025, Jan. 1, Feb. 1, Mar. 1, and April 1 & May 1, 2026 (older teams)

Fees are based on what team the player makes and where they travel.​

Fees are estimated at the beginning of the season. All receipts are entered, and actual amounts are sent to players at the end of the season. Most players receive a refund but some could owe a small amount based on the team budgets. Clothing is NOT covered in the fees this year.

The player can purchase all additional items. Go to the Clothing Store to buy extra items.
